Kelly Kalberer joined MSSC in 2011 with the goal of making a difference and as Director of Coaching he is well on his way. He has been successful in initiating several programs and establishing coaches education as a pivotal priority in player development for MSSC. Under his direction nearly every club coach is USSF or NSSCA licensed which will continue to be a requirement within the club. Because of this initiative MSSC currently consists of 6 USSF D and D National coaches, 10 USSF E coaches with the remainder scheduled for 2015 courses. Kelly really takes pride in the coaching staff and their continued advancement in coaching and developing players. Under his watch MSSC has made Olympic Development Program connections through participation by coaches and players. In 2014 we had 7 club coaches as ODP district staff coaches and we proudly sent 5 players on to ODP Regional Camps. Kelly has started several training venues since 2011 adding Goalkeeper training, Striking/finishing training, the Open Soccer Summer program, a club hosted Summer Camp and the U-8 Academy. These programs have continued to grow and expand MSSC's soccer cultrue and atmosphere. Kelly currently holds an NSCAA National Diploma, NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma and USSF D National License . He is also a ODP Staff Coach , membert of CUSL Board of Governors  and owner of First touch Soccer Training.

Kieron, Girls Director of Coaching at Middletown Select Soccer Club, believes in player and coach development.  Player development
encompasses physical, mental, tactical and technical abilities.  Coach education is an important component of building quality soccer players
within the club.  Coach education involves mentoring new coaches, having club coaches participate in the Olympic Development Program,
as well as attending nationally certified coaching courses.  Players and coaches, alike, will be continually challenged to learn more about the
Kieron's mantra is ... "What you do speaks louder than what you say ... show up early, work hard, be enthusiastic and deliver what you
promise!" Kieron has been a part of Middletown Select Soccer Club for the past 5 years as a club coach.  He has coached both boys and
girls teams in the club. Kieron lives in Middletown with his wife Amber and his 3 children:  Britton, Brycen and Breanna.  All 3 of his children
play in the club!
